Originals can be returned up to 30 days from date of purchase
Customers provide return shipping
No restocking fee
Refund is made after the item is received

For shop products refunds are only offered to customers that received the wrong item or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at liliana@lilianawashburn.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will sort that out for you.
